1. Is Templetree Leisure a resort or a hotel?
Templetree Leisure is a venue for those wishing to host Private events such as Weddings, Corporate Events, Conferences and Cocktail Evenings. We also host luxury events like private concerts, fashion shows and art exhibitions.

2.What kind of events are hosted at Templetree Leisure?
Weddings, Corporate Events, Cocktail Parties, Conferences, Concerts, private performances, fashion shows, art exhibitions and auctions.

3. Where is Templetree Leisure located?
We are located near Marathahalli, Bangalore. Landmarks are “New Horizon Engineering College” or “Vrindavan Tech Village”. 4. What is Templetree Leisure’s venue capacity?
With flexible seating options, the venue can hold a maximum of 1500 guests. Smaller areas are available for smaller events.

5. Is there an outdoor area available for all or some of the events?
Inspired by Balinese Architecture, Templetree leisure offers a multitude Indoor and Outdoor spaces. So one feels that they are part of outdoor even though they are indoor and vice versa.

6. Do you allow religious Homums to be performed?
Yes, we do. We have designated areas for performing Puja’s and other religious rituals involving fire.

7. Do you provide Catering in house?
We are tied up with some of the finest caterers in Bangalore and offer everything from a South-Indian sadhya to Chinese/Continental cuisine.

8. Do you allow external catering?
Yes, we do. However, if the caterer is one who is not empaneled with Templetree Leisure, a refundable safety deposit of Rs. 25,000 must be paid by the caterer/client on behalf of the caterer.

9. What is the shut off time for Music?
In accordance with the Karnataka State Law Music should shut at 2230 Hrs.

10. What are your liquor Service Policies?
A One day liquor license is mandatory if the client wishes to serve alcohol. This license is called the CL5 License, which is granted by the Excise Commissioner of Bangalore. Once the license is procured the liquor to be purchased from the KSBCL(Karnataka State Beverages Corporation Ltd). If needed, Templetree Leisure will assist the client in procuring the CL5 license and the Alcohol purchase. Templetree Leisure does not charge any corkage.

11. Do you provide Bartending and Service?
A dedicated Bar Management team may be hired to caterer to any/all of the client’s Bar related needs like Bar attenders, Glasses, Servers, Bar equipment, Mixers etc.

12. Do you provide chairs and tables or do we need to make external arrangements?
We have an inventory of 400 Rattan Chairs and 100 Polished wood tables. If required, extra tables/chairs can be provided at an additional cost.

13. What is your policy on Event Managers/ Decorators/Florists?
We are tied up with some of Bangalore’s finest Event Managers/ Décorators/Florists, and can recommend the right fit based on requirement and budget.

14. Do you have a Stage area to put up a Mantap or a podium for performances / presentations / receptions etc.?
Yes, we do. We have a built in outdoor stage and an indoor platform that can be used for multiple purposes

15. Do you provide plates/cutlery/utensils /gas/water for cooking etc ?
It is the scope of the caterer to bring the plates, cutlery, utensils, gas etc. Templetree Leisure will provide the caterer with Kitchen Space, water for Cooking and a dishwashing area with water supply.

16. Do you provide any room for Accommodation?
We have 2 Air Conditioned Fully furnished Rooms for the bride and the groom or to be used as a green room/resting room. Overnight stay is not allowed on the property.

17. What are the Accommodation options?
Templetree Leisure has tied up with Hotels and Serviced Apartments from within ½ km to 2 kms Radius from the property.

c) Aloft: 1.0 Kms
d) Nagarjuna Suites: ½ Km

18. Do you provide in house parking?
Yes, we do. Templetree Leisure can accommodate upto 160 cars in house. A neighboring property with parking for upto 500 cars is also available for hire.

19. Do you provide Valet Service?
Yes, we do. We have a highly experienced Valet Service team that can be hired at an additional cost.

20. What in-house services do you provide?
Templetree Leisure provides a dedicated and experienced client service team to assist you through the planning and execution of your event. On the day of the event, we provide General Housekeeping and Security personnel.

21. What is Templetree Leisure’s Payment/Booking policy?
a) The reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the full amount at the time of booking
